Return & Exchange Policy

Eligibility for Returns

  • We accept returns for defective products within 30 days of receipt. A product is considered defective if it has manufacturing flaws or does not match the description.

Return Process

  • To initiate a return, please contact our customer support at birdieblendgolf@gmail.com. Provide your order number, a description of the defect, and any relevant photos.

3. Refunds and Replacements

  • Upon receiving the returned product, we will inspect it and process a replacement or a full refund to your original payment method within 7 business days.

  • If a replacement is unavailable, we will offer a refund.

4. Shipping Costs

  • We will cover the cost of return shipping for defective products.
